Good day - today I think I should make you aware of an excellent dedicated staff member that you have in your company, and that I feel se needs to get acknowledged for it.

As per our discussion, thank you so much for your speedy help. After nor our broker/secretary double checked that we had cover, you just took over and assisted me and made me feel comfortable that we are covered.

Twice the brokers secretary told me we are not covered! But after the conversation with you, she did apologize.

You have kept me updated on the progress constantly, which I appreciate. And your customer service and approach to your clients made it a pleasure to deal with Discovery. Please don't feel offended, but pass this on to your superior, because hard work and good service is what we lack in our country, and I received this from you and more!!!
