Excellent customer service in response to appliances damaged by power surge!

I contacted Discovery Insure to submit a claim for my printer that was damaged during a possible power surge. In an attempt to effect repairs to the printer it was discovered that the motherboard was damaged beyond repair and this prompted me to contact Discovery Insure. I was ably assisted by Reitumetse Mateme. She was very professional and also reminded me to check whether any other appliances were damaged during the surge incident. His could be done during Discovery's evaluation of the printer and we found that two more electronic appliances suffered damage to circuit boards as a result of the power surge. The claim was settled promptly and the damaged appliances will be replaced in shortly. Thank you Reitumetse for your excellent service!
