It's always refreshing to talk to an employee that's very committed and knowledgeable about her company's product. I called in to cancel a policy that I'd been quoted on as my previous insurers were willing to match Discovery's offer. Candice ( Discovery's employee) was able to convince me to stay on , and exit my previous insurance by taking me through each detail of what they offer and how much savings I would be getting , comparing apples to apples.
