Excellent customer Service from Ayabulela Sibanda from Discovery Roadside Assist

My car broke down on the R312 in a remote area. I phoned Discovery roadside assistance and Ayabulela Sibanda speedily arranged for a towtruck with a flatbead to pick up my car and take it to the nearest dealer for repair. He phoned me at least 3 x to check on whether the tow truck has arrived, whether I was safe and had transport home. He was so helpful and professional. Thanks to Ayabulela Sibanda from Discovery Roadside Assist, the episode was a lot less traumatic than it could have been. I could not have been assisted any better.
