Excellent customer service

I am a current client with Discovery and had decided to change my policy to a competitor but after speaking to Rekha Jackdave from the Retentions department she convinced me otherwise. She took the time to walk me through how the competitor prices their policies, the differences in benefits and excesses. She then adjusted my policy to be more in line with what I need and provided two different options for me to choose from. Rekha provided excellent service and she should actually consider switching to being a broker.
