Excellent Customer Service Experience

I have been with Discovery insure for about a year and had to make a claim following a home invasion event. Nokuthula Radebe was the consultant who assisted me with the claim, which was resolved within a day of submitting the requested documentation. I think that is pretty amazing - to have one's claim settled so quickly after verification. Nokuthula was superbly responsive and assisted me enormously - this was much appreciated after an overtly negative experience. I would like to commend Nokuthula Radebe and Discovery Insure for an incredible customer service response, as well as for making the process simple, transparent and overtly fair.
