Excellent customer service even when I was leaving

<p>Shamaine Pillay from Retentions department was extremely kind and caring when I called in to terminate my policy. She tried in so many ways to keep me as a client with Discovery. she was patient and took her time to attend to all my questions.</p> <p>Altimately I moved due to pricing, but after her great service I am considering moving back to Discovery very soon...I was delighted and greateful to be treated with such care.</p>
