Excellent customer service

I called discovery to unfortunately cancel my car since I’ve gotten a lower premium somewhere else. The call with Shamanie Naidoo was excellent and extremely professional. She gave me top tier customer service even tho I was parting ways with them. I’d like to salute and thank discovery insure for their excellent service, wow!
