<p>After the website aim submisaion service kept hanging, the discovery app also kept shutting for no reason during claim submission and the call center phones kept hanging up. </p> <p> </p> <p>Submitting a claim almost took me the whole day until Nthati came to my rescue and helped me submit my claim.</p>
