Excellent Customer Service and Response
I Broke down arnd 13:45 on Sunday. Quick call to discovery Insure at 13:50 saw me on the line with Moloko Mathabathe from their call centre. What a pleasure engaging with someone who understands your predicament and the urgency required to get you through. The Service provider towing company was exceptional (R&S Auto Recovery) Moloko also kept in touch with me during 10min intervals to confirm if I was safe and the Towing company had arrived. this continued right up until I confirmed my vehicle was safe at the mechanic and the towing company had left. Discovery Insure (Via Moloko) proved what true customer service should look like. Thanks Moloko and Discovery for following through on your commitment to your customers.
