Excellent customer service!!!

Mr. Shafick Allow from Discovery Insure Retention's Department at their Sandton Branch assisted me professionally and timely. He resolved my issue when I almost lost my insurance cover. His customer service is excellent. I was at a stage were i was going to cancel my insurance with them if i was not going to get professional service because i had already send them several emails without response from their side and ended up sending an email indicating that i will not make provision for my premiums as my issue was not resolved. On the said day I contacted them and the first consultant directed my call to him (Mr. Shafick Allow), he patiently listened to my frustration at the time and assured to resolve the matter and by the end of the call i received email confirmations of the cover being retained and also the issues that i had at the time resolved. Big up to Mr. Shafick Allow continue with excellent service!!!
