Excellent customer service

On 20th March i had the pleasure of dealing with Nthato Matsane to add an item to my policy. I want to express my gratitude for his professionalism as well as applaud him for being a 'forward thinker'. The advice he provided was very much suited to my needs.<br> <br> It's very rare in this country that one recieves such great service, i feel the need to let Discovery Insure know that he is a gem. If I can make a noise about poor service, then surely i should also make a noise when i receive great service. With more people like him, the services industry would be a great place. My interaction with him was definitely not 'business as usual' - he really went the extra mile. <br> <br> Keep it up, Nthato!!
