Excellent customer service

Today Saturday the 8th of February I had a problem with my car whereby it wouldn't start, then I called my insurance company Discovery. And I was greeted by the voice of a very calm gentleaman by the name Katlego Makoya. I told him what I needed assistance with and he told me that he will locate a service provider within my area to come and assist me. I got a call from the service provider within 30min of calling my insurance and someone came to assist me. And while I was waiting for assistance from the service provider Katlego made calls to make sure that I did get help. I really appreciate your assistance and I hope that you are not giving me only this excellent service, you are giving it to other discovery insure customers.
