Excellent Customer Service

On Sunday, 11 June 2023 I was the victim of a smash and grab incident in Empire Road. The incident in itself was traumatic, but dealing with the cell phone provider (for SIM swap and blacklisting of the ****** handset) and police for a case number added to to the trauma and frustrations. The one person who supported me through the process with his professional demeanor and excellent service was Tshepo Hlongoane, a Senior Claims Consultant with Discovery Insure. Despite all the hold-ups with case number / ITC number, Tshepo exceeded my expectations by processing my claim effectively and efficiently.
