Excellent customer service

I was involved in an accident in March 2016. i called discovery insure and Lerato Ntsala was the lady responsible for logging a case.<br> what stood out the most with my interaction with her was these words \Are you ok, is anybody hurt?\" the fact that she was more worried about me as a person first instead of a car which the company is responsible to fix, this i will forever cherish. <br> <br> it is with such humility and attitude that i will continue to insure my property with discovery. My claim was handles in such a professional nature and i was kept up to date with the status of my claim. i did not have to follow up on the approval, an sms wast send to me promptly.
