Excellent Customer Service

Brandon Pillay gave the best customer service, Monday 08 Feb 2021. He made contact with me in less than 30 minutes of the claim being submitted, he was well informed about the process for the claim and other products I enquired about. He contacted to advise of the service provider allocated, he called to check if they arrived, he called to check if I was happy with the service. By 11:00 my claim and leakage was sorted out, that was for a claim logged at 08:15.
