Excellent Customer Service
On Thursday, 12 November 2015, I received a call from Discovery Insure regarding an Insurance Claim that I have submitted earlier the week. Terence Morgan called me and it was clear to me that Terence had a customer service mind-set. He was very professional, focused on customer satisfaction, and extremely friendly. It was an absolute pleasure for me to deal with such professional person.
