Excellent customer service

Had a flat tire, called Discovery Insure and spoke to Ayabulela Sibanda. It was great to hear Ayabulela's calm voice, he immediately got down to business in a very professional, caring and friendly way. He phoned me to keep me up to date as to the status of the recovery vehicle, and made sure that I was in a safe and secure environment whilst waiting. The job was done within 10 minutes, and I truly want to thank Ayabulela for keeping me calm and for following up until all was done! Thanks Ayabulela you have my vote for excellent customer service!!
