Excellent Customer Service

<p>Today I called Discovery Insure to discuss an issue with my policy. My Service Representative was Lancelot Segola. Lance listened to my issue and corrected a small oversight which sorted out the problem. He then proceeded to go through my schedule and verified all the details as correct. Lance also tried to obtain some discount at the time to reduce the cost of the policy. Lance did an outstanding job to retain me as a client. Thank you Lance for making my day ! You are a great example of what a service representative should be.</p>
