Excellent Customer Service

<p>On 07/02/2017 I called Narene Timothy from Discovery Financial Services who is the Executive Administrator to Waseem Yameen and lodged a claim, within 2 mins of my call the claims administrator from Discovery Insure Lucas Mabiletsa called me and requested a detailed report and photos. Its took me about 30mins to email it to him, upon receiving the email within the next 2 mins I received a call from him saying that my claim was approved. I have never experience such excellect, fast and efficient service in my entire life. Well Done to Narene Timothy and Lucas Mabiletsa keep up the good work.</p>
