Excellent Customer Service

<p>I had a car accident on Friday, 27th Jan. I only registered my claim on Sunday, the 29th. On Monday, 30th I received a call from my assigned Claims Administrator, Nabilah Dawood. The first chat I had with her was not just an "administrator" doing her job, she was filled with compassion finding out how I was after the accident, before discussing the incident. That was heartwarming as in most cases you do not get that, people just get to the point.</p> <p>She wanted me to take the car in for assessment the following day. When I said I could not due to work commitments, she was a bit worried as she wanted me to take it in asap so as to finalise the claim without any delays. The next date the Assessor had available was a Thursday which she said she would onlyget the report the following week.</p> <p>I eventually took my car in on Thurday for the assessment. Hardly 5 hours later, I was receiving a call from her informing me she has completed working on my claim- only authorisation was pending, which I subsequently received the same evening. In my histroy of dealing with inusrance companies, I have never experienced such professionalism, efficiency and dedication in one's job!</p> <p>Nadia was a consumate professional during the entire process. In less that a week my claim was finalised, car booked in for repairs and car hire sorted.</p> <p> </p> <p>Discoveryinsure has a gem in Nadia.
