Excellent Customer Service !!!

<p>I had a tyre blowout in November 2016 when it was raining very heavily, visibility was very poor and the roads were flooded. I hit a huge pothole in the dark with a heavy impact causing the tyre to burst. This alerted the Discovery emergency reaction call centre who immediately called whilst this was all happening. As i was still trying to bring the vehicle to a halt and could not answer my phone and Discovery called repeatedly until I answered the call. They immediately came to my assistance and told me what procedures need to be followed. They immediatedly dispatched a tow truck and hired a cab to take us back to our destination. In the meanwhile whilst we were on the side of the road still processing exactly what happened Discovery took charge of the situation and got us back home safely and comfortably. The vehicle was towed to their repair centre and the very next day they arranged my Avis car hire which was done smoothly and effectively. The parts had to be ordered from Jaguar and that took a few weeks. In the meanwhile Discoverys key liason person communicated to me daily with progress on the repairs. I found this personally to be very effective and heartening as a person because one goes through so many emotions during a time like this and Discovery made it so easy and effortless in absorbing the shock and the inconvenience. Coming from a customer service background I at all times was critical of the service levels I want to receive. Discovery insure rose to the challenge and dedicated the MD personal assistant to handle my case to ensure I was looked after and satisfied. Such professionalism is rare nowadays. One is never sure when having paid your premiums as a customer that you will actually receive the service you deserve. Having been through this ordeal I can certainly recommend Discovery Insure to all motor vehicle owners. You will get the desired service and support.
