Excellent Customer Relations Service

I submitted a claim against my policy. Khensani Maluleke was assigned to it from Discovery's side. He kept me in the loop on a daily basis as to the status of my claim, then coming back to me on a query I had with it when the outcome was received. Although the outcome was favorable, the supplier that I needed to follow it through with is not based in my demographic area and so I put in a request for one in my area. Khensani came back to me noting that in order not to inconvenience me any further, they would make direct settlement of my claim. I would like to commend him on his professional service and the way in which he conducted himself, both over the telephone as well as on email.
