Excellent Customer Experience
I am very impressed with the services I received this morning from Meshen Chetty & Optimum Assist, it was an excellent customer experience. My battery had run flat so I called Discovery as this is covered under road side assist. Within 20 minutes guys arrived and successfully assisted me. My call was answered almost immediately so I did not need to be on hold at all, The call agent was friendly and polite I would definitely recommend this kind of service. Thank you!!
