Excellent customer dissatisfaction

I must say, your customer service is "top notch". I have now sent emails, chatted to your online support. called your callcentre, and the best response I can get is that you are looking into it. Clearly you dont give a damn about your customers, or their experience. How hard can it be to generate a voucher??? If it takes more than a month, sis it get lost using the postal service? And you like to advertise all the extra benefits you have, but please just dont dare use the them. Pathetic if you ask me
