Excellent customer care from Discovery

Department: Retention Person responsible:Lindokuhle Ngqulungo I received a good service from him as he was understanding and listening to my reason for cancelling the insurance. I was no happy as I was paying high premiums with a high excess after being with Discovery for a more than a year which lead me to look for a better quote from other insurers. He even escalated the matter to his manager to prevent the issue from happening in the future because when I tried calling, few months back, the call center people failed to lower either my excess or premiums even though I have been with Discovery for more than a year. He told me all the benefits I was not aware of compared to other insurers and worked out a premium and excess that is reasonable. Now I am a happy customer thanks to Lindo, as I still remain with Discovery insure.
