Excellent client service with care

I usually receive great client service from Discovery Insure yet sometimes they do exceed expectations: Lancelot Segola is one of those stars at Discovery. Busy with a claim, he listens with care, updates where necessary and explains the policy while working with a lot of empathy towards me. Thank you for that. Staff like that is what makes me want to stay with Discovery: excellent client service with a lot of care.
