Excellent Client Service

My vehicle was written off and payout made within 2 weeks. However, the vehicle was not removed from my policy and the next 2 premiums went off still including the old car. I called Discovery and dealt with Sammy Mlangeni from the Client Servicing department. He quickly organised the correction, apologised for the inconvenience and added my new car which I was collecting the next day. The new vehicle, although newer and dearer than the old one, was R500 less to cover. So thank you for that saving aswell! Sammy was professional, understanding, witty and courteous. What more could one ask for? Thanks Sammy!
