Excellent claim processing!

<p>Following a break in and theft incident, I submitted a claim via Discovery Insure's online service. Shortly therafter my case was assigned to Keith Banda who gave me a call and explained to me what was to follow in the claim process and what documents Discovery Insure would need from me. After subitting the documents Keith kept me informed either by email or phone call which I really appreciated because it gave me peace of mind knowing that behind the scenes things were being processed and my case was not forgotten. Yesterday, less than a month since the claim was submitted, my claim was finalised and shopping vouchers to replace my ****** items was was authorised. Thank you Keith and your team for your professionalism and "ubuntu" way of handling and processing my claim.</p>
