Excellent Assistance during a Traumatic Experience

I was unfortunately in a terrible accident last night. It was myself and my 13-year-old son. It was a very traumatic experience but Willie Scholtz from Discovery Insure helped me every step of the way. He was empathic towards our experience and provided myself and my son with excellent service. He explained the entire process to me and called me back about 4 times just informing me of the various steps in the process.

I would like commend him and Discovery Insure for the outstanding service. People make a company what it is and if all employees are like Willie Scholtz then Discovery is indeed a company making a difference in people’s / members lives.
