Excellent Assistance

This Lady was very helpful in cancelling our clients policy whom is moving over seas.<br> She explained to me in so much detail each step to complete in order for the client to receive a refund on her excess funder account. She also advised me that she suggests we cancel the policy on the 27th and not the 31st as i requested, to avoid a premium being deducted on the 28th. <br> <br> I work with Discovery on a daily basis and she was just excellent. Very good communication skills.<br> All Call Center Agents working with retention's can learn from this lady.<br> <br> Much appreciated. <br>
