Excellent and professional service from Ntokozo Radebe

<p>Ntokozo took my call before I was about to cancel my insurance with Dicovery Insure, due to a much cheaper quote I had recieved, he put all the options before me, including a) a discount on my current scheme as well as offering me a chaeper optional plan which I did not know exsisted, Essential plan verses Classic plan. This gave a good bench mark to reconsider, my only negative comment is why does it take a company to offer cheaper options when one is about to cancel instead of giving all the options in the beginning</p> <p>I ended up not canceling and went for the cheaper option</p>
