Excellent and Efficient Service

I would like to rate 200% service from the above mentioned consultant who serviced me with patience, clear explanation and efficiency in having accoint knowledge in assisting and explaining to me on what occured in my account. I was happy on how she handle my query and how she escaleted my call to her Supervisor when i wanted more clarification.<br> <br> I spoke to Boitumelo the Supervisor who took over the call and she was excellent in her service, she explained step by step on what occured on my account, articulate in her explanations and was very clear and i felt she knows the company's produck knowledge and procedures. she made feel comfortable to ask questions and out and she was very helpful and I must say she handled my case with sympathy, excellent communication, practicality in creating expectations for me.<br> <br> Thank you Thabile Nsibande and Boitumelo keep up the excellent service and representing the company.<br> <br> Ayanda Jacobs<br> Happy Client
