Excellence Service by Discovery ( & Nokuthula Radebe)

<p>Two weeks back when I took my laptop out of my bag I realised that its screen was broken. I made a claim and was assisted by a Nokuthula Radebe. She was very professional and helpful throughout. Within 48 hours the laptop was collected and within 72hrs I received a call from Nokuthula informing me the laptop is broken beyond repair and gave me different options to replace my laptop. Within 7 working days the money was paid into my bank account to replace the device. I would like to thank Discovery and their deligent staff in expediting my claim. I'm persuaded to cover my second vehicle with them as soon as I get the time to do so :)</p>
