I would like to convey my heartfelt appreciation and thanks to Rishan Harpal for the outstanding customer service. He was approached with a unique issue and undertook to ensure that it was resolved, much to my satisfaction.<br> <br> Rishan approached the situation in a very professional and helpful manner, to the extent that I felt comfortable that he will be able to assist - these traits are not something I have readily experienced when dealing with others at Discovery.<br> <br> It is people like him that a company should have as genuine role models. <br> <br> I trust that you will acknowledge, celebrate and leverage off his efforts so that others may follow suit.<br> <br> Please let Rishan know that I sincerely appreciate the good work done.<br>
