Excelent Service by Discovery Insure Agent

Yesterday 23 July 2019 my car stalled and I managed to pull over at an engen garage in Surrey Estate Cape Town. I called the discovery assist telephone number and was greeted by a wonderful helpful lady Aretha Tobias. The call was answered within a few seconds and she enquired as to how she could help me. I explained where is was and that I was stuck, she managed to find my location on a map and informed me that a towing service was procured and that they would be at my location within 30 to 45min. That is not where it ended she then enquired about how I would be going home and that if she needed to arrange transport for me. My wife had fetched me so transport was not required but Aretha then called by back to find out if the tow truck had arrived, which it did within 35min.

A huge thanks to Aretha for outstanding service provided she is definitely a huge asset to the company for providing such excellent service.
