Excelent Service

My car had been involved in an accident. The car is an old model and was to be written off. Roslin phoned me to inform me and she was very empathetic. To me the car was worth ore than just being an old model, as it is to be my daughter's first car. Roslin took it on herself to follow up for me and came back to me with options. long story short, she took it further and the decision was made to repair instead of writing off. She restored my faith in the insurance companies and that someone is willing to go the extra mile assisting someone she doesn't even know. I was not treated as a policy number, but as a person. Thank you Roslin for assisting me and not giving up. She always stayed in contact via email and telephonic follow up. I wish that all people could be of her calibre. Thank you for the bottom of my heart and for going the extra mile.
