Eventually solved
Due to IT system technical issues, I was paying more than what I signed for. Then, I raised a complain and have been transferred from one department to another for almost 3 months. Lucky me, I have discussed with 2, problem-solving consultants (and notably Kirk De Sai, from Retentions Department) who have sorted out my issue in few hours.
