Esihle Lujiva is such an amazing consultant, I was breaking down on the phone after I had a theft claim and she was so calm, so patient, so helpful and I really wish everyone at Discovery was like her, the past 3 consultants I spoke to were unbothered and all about process, she was different, so empathetic, but also kept things professional. My claim was handled swiftly in that 15 minute call with her, after I had struggled for 3 weeks to get it finalised. What a star!
