Error with Discovery Insure Insurance

I insure my new vehicle with Discovery Insure and at the time of my communication with the consultant I was told that there will be no excess payable if something should happen. To cut a long story short when I claimed I was informed that there was an excess payable to the repair shop. I was extremely unhappy as with the previous insurer it was clear from the start that I will have to pay an excess. I contacted the Discovery Insure Offices but it seam that no one was there to help untill I contacted a senior person. Ganyane Metsing (Discovery Insure Executive Office) called me back and assure me that I should this problem into her capable hand to resolve and I will be hearing from her in due course. I was very scepticle but I decided to give Discovery Insure the last chance to rectify the issue at hand that I complain about. Fortunately Ganyane made good on her promise and phone back to discuss the new contract and to my astonishment all were sorted and the same day I received written confirmation that all were sorted out. For me they live up to the moto that they sort everything out. Congrats to someone that understand customers who are the back bone of service delivery.
