Error with Debit order and now not covered

I had a problem with my debit order and my policy was cancelled.<br> <br> I phoned asking if I could get it reinstated to which I was told that we should do the whole applying thing again.<br> <br> I asked that I should be phoned back and no-one has gotten back to me yet.<br> <br> I'm getting sms's telling me to arrange to take the tracking device out before I get a penalty of R1800 for not taking it out.<br> <br> Does Discovery not want business?<br>
