Enquiry still outstanding

I was involved in an accident at the end of May 2015. The vehicle had to be towed from Durban and brought up to JHB. I had to consistently make calls to find the progress. Once my vehicle was assessed, it was written off by Discovery Insure. All I wanted was to get my sound system off the vehicle which is not part of the insurance and replace it with the original sound system. I requested to advise me where my vehicle was at so that I can proceed with the task. The agents keep telling me that they will enquire where my vehicle is at and will get back to me. To date, they did not come back to me. I was frustrated and asked to speak to the manager and once again, they promised me that the manager will call me, same no response or feedback as yet. The claim and all the legality has not been concluded. Please help. The case number is 897288
