Enormous Gratitude to: Discovery Insure / Discovery Health / Discovery Group - For Literal Decades of Unbeatable Excellence

I can only say that, with load shedding, general Eskom faults, surges, crossed phases, multiple lightning strikes, etc. my house has taken significant electrical damage. On top of this, a burst pipe was being attended to (again by Discovery) and the service provider noticed that an unrelated geyser installation had burst. All of the above have been professionally, efficiently and kindly dealt with by Discovery Insurance. No other insurer would have extended the coverage and service that Discovery Insure has over these past MONTHS of restorative work. The professionalism of all Discovery Insure staff members involved (and there have had to be many in order to coordinate the repair and replacement of cameras, NVR's, fridges, tv's, pc's, borehole pumps, energisers, pump controller units, generator controller units, ubiquity wifi points, switches, etc. (and more!)) has been consistently first class. No company, other than a Discovery-managed entity, could pull off this massive number of consistently positive engagements under circumstances even remotely approximating those they've dealt with in but one home. Albeit a large and tech-packed one. I am frankly grateful to Discovery Insure in the same way I am frankly grateful to Discovery Health for always so expertly managing the numerous hospital admissions and treatments of me and my family over many years without ever dropping the ball or making a mistake. There is no other company on earth that could compare with the brilliance of this group of companies. We are so very spoiled to have this group of talented people and companies at our disposal in South Africa.
