Endanger the lives of your customer by giving them an unfixed vehicle

My wife posted and it was deleted as she was not the policy holder. She was in an accident 13 November! The experience was great until we fetched the vehicle, only to find that internal damange was not repaired! It has been an uphill battle since! The workshop collected the vehicle 2 days later and says it was wear and tear! The impact of 2 tyre bursts on the same side caused the vehicle to fall and would have damaged both the bearings and CV! Discovery declined the claim because Cardinal says its wear and tear! They also the same people who stole my memory sticks from the vehicle. They also the same people who received R3400 for 2 tyres from the claim, yet the tyre shop only charged them R1200 per tyre!
