Empty Promises

I took my car in for a minor fender repair, Discovery assured me it will only take 8 days to get fixed. 15 days later! and after a HUGE tantrum I got my car back! 15 days!!!! and that does not include weekends. Does your add on TV not state 5 days GUARENTEED?? DO NOT MAKE PROMISES YOU CANT KEEP
