Empty promises

I took up vehicle insurance with Discovery and sold on the rewards system, they said I just needed to visit a Tyger Wheel and Tyre centre to fit the device. I have been there 3 times and each time I am informed that Discovery is unable to link my account. I reported the matter to the Discovery customer Service team who promised to get back to me which of course they never did. Not happy with the service recieved
