On a Friday afternoon after 17.00 - I had the pleasure of speaking to a lady called Theresa Vuma. It was Friday and after a bad experience that somebody damaged my 6months old Mercedes Benz and to say the least not happy at all -this lady was extremely helpful and most friendly. I am also in marketing and to hear this friendly voice on a Friday and without delay assisting me and finalizing my request was quite something. She repeatedly made sure if I understood.
