Employee of the year

I had the pleasure of liaising with Discovery Insure - Claims department - following a recent accident when a raging storm accompanied with lightning resulted in my neighbours' tree ending up on the roof of my residence!

In submitting my claim for damages, I was assisted by Natasja Badenhorst of the said company who not only set me at ease but dealt with this matter in a highly professional manner. Her regular communication with me and prompt response to any questions I had were of the highest standard. She also kept me well informed of how the claim procedure was progressing and I am quite satisfied that within a week from the incident the appointed service provider is currently busy with the necessary repairs.
