Empathy and excellent service

<p>Ruan is truly excellent at his job. I wanted to cancel my car insurance because of a few gripes I had (including cost). He listened to all my concerns and solved them one by one. He understands that when people want to "cancel" it's really more a protest against service. Thanks Ruan, you gave me what I wanted as well as restoring my faith in Discovery Insure :-)</p>
