As a policy holder with Discovery Insure with Pol No ***, I was exceedingly impressed wit the excellent fast response by the service consultant Nomfundo Baloy. Not only did she understand my need but went to great lengths to ensure that the service provider West CoastS**** Towing called and advised when they would arrive from about 20 Km away. After this I received another call from her to ensure my car had been started and I was helped.
